Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: August 14, 2026

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, and you do not need to be a client to do so. This page explains exactly how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

How to Request Deletion

Email reagan.grunwald@infinitedev.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, or call 210-972-6500.

So we can find your information and be sure it is yours, please tell us which of these applies and include the matching detail:

  • Facebook Messenger or Instagram: the name on the account that messaged us
  • Text message: the phone number you texted from
  • Email: the email address you wrote from
  • Website chat: roughly when you chatted with us, and anything you mentioned that would identify the conversation

We may ask one follow-up question to confirm the request is genuinely yours. We will not ask for anything more than is needed to be sure.

What Gets Deleted

We remove the personal information we hold about you, including:

  • your name, email address, phone number, and any business details you gave us
  • the messages you sent us and our replies, across Facebook Messenger, Instagram, text message, email, and our website chat
  • voicemail recordings and their transcripts
  • notes, quotes, and records created from those conversations

How Long It Takes

We confirm your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. If anything is going to take longer than that, we will tell you why and when it will be done.

What We May Have to Keep

Some records we are required to keep even after a deletion request, and we would rather say so plainly than surprise you later:

  • Invoices, payments, and tax records, which we are legally required to retain
  • Signed agreements, for as long as they remain in force or are needed to resolve a dispute
  • A record that you asked not to be contacted — if you have opted out of texts or marketing, we keep the minimum needed to honour that, because deleting it entirely would mean contacting you again by mistake

Anything we keep for those reasons is kept for that reason alone, and is not used to market to you.

Deleting Data Held by Facebook or Instagram

This page covers information held by Infinite Development. It does not remove your data from Meta’s own systems. To remove information held by Facebook or Instagram, use the privacy settings in those apps or visit the Meta Privacy Center.

You can also remove our access at any time in Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook, which stops us receiving anything further from your account.

Questions
