Infinite Development provides custom web development, search engine optimization (SEO), premium hosting, and ongoing monthly maintenance services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in individual service agreements between Infinite Development and the client. Our $0 upfront development model requires enrollment in one of our monthly service packages.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Infinite Development or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws. Upon full payment and completion of a project, clients receive ownership of their custom website code and content as specified in their individual service agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, and feedback necessary for the completion of their project. Delays caused by late content delivery or feedback may impact project timelines. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any content they provide does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
Monthly service packages are billed on a recurring basis. Clients may cancel their monthly service with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation of monthly services, clients retain ownership of their website code but are responsible for arranging their own hosting and maintenance. Infinite Development is not responsible for website performance or security after the termination of monthly services.
Infinite Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems. You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from our website without prior written permission.
